When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after purchase.

How long does shipping take?

As we ship from different fulfillment centers worldwide based on your location, delivery times vary. Average delivery time is approximately 8-17 business days. Your tracking number will update within 3-7 days after shipment.

1. Order Cancellation & Modification

  • Pre-shipment changes: Before shipping (prior to tracking number generation), email your order number and request to info@titokshopus.com
  • No post-shipment changes: Once tracking is generated, orders are in transit and cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Customized orders policy:
    • Personalized items enter production immediately after payment
    • Verify all customization details before checkout
    • Modification requests during peak seasons may delay delivery

2. Replacement & Refund Policy

  • Custom products: Eligible for replacement only due to significant defects
  • Claim period: Requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery
  • Valid reasons:
    • Severe shipping damage
    • Blurred/incorrect printing
    • Wrong design/size shipped
  • Late delivery compensation:
    • When delivery exceeds 30 days due to giftstail/carrier error
    • Verified cases receive 10% refund of order value
    • Does not affect quality-related claims
    • Requires carrier tracking screenshot as proof
  • Process: Submit all claims to info@titokshopus.com with supporting evidence
